Hi, my name is Jenn, AKA “the Lip Queen”

I started my medical career in 2001 as a USAF distinguished graduate of radiological sciences. through imaging of the human body, anatomy was my jam. Then, finished my BS in human biology, to expand my knowledge further.

I graduated from UMSL with my BS in nursing in 2012. My main focus was initially in emergency medicine, and then acute psychiatric and corrections nursing. I started my career as a nurse injector in 2018, working for a nationally known medical spa.

I opened Altered Ego Aesthetics in the summer of 2023, hoping to pave my own road. Cookie cutter has never been me. I had a dream where I could be myself in the workplace, while finding other like-minded souls to share my space with.

As a lifetime learner, I am constantly exposing myself to the most up to date and diverse aesthetic techniques on the market. I love attending out of state trainings and conferences, that give me an excuse to get closer to the beach. Always trying to bring back more sunshine, each time, to the Midwest.
